Drawing on the dynamics of gqom, dubstep, dancehall, video game music and techno, ‘Attrition’ weaves these influences into a singular flow of polyrhythms, sci-fi atmospheres and sonic detonations, until their origins dissolve into little more than mirages. A tireless creator, Slikback continues to treat his Bandcamp as a public record of an ever-evolving work in progress. Already this year, he has shared ‘DEKSTRADA’ and ‘EFTIAMA KIRIPHA’, offering further glimpses of the future unfolding before our ears.
