Inês + Arianna + Violeta

After debuting in the context of a residency at gnration, this trio of Inês Malheiro, Ariana Casellas and Violeta Azevedo presents ‘Volatile Poem’ at OUT.FEST. A dreamy stream of songs that flow into one another creating a tone poem where rarefied electronics made of arpeggios, glassy textures and fissures entwine with the lyrical lines of Casellas’ cello and Azevedo’s flute, driven by The Voice. Guided by the expressive vocals of Malheiro, either clean or transmuted by post-human effects, and aided by the seraphic harmonies of Casellas and Azevedo, ‘Volatile Poem’ is a sequence of moments of ecstatic ascension, song-landscapes and abstract passages that flow into an oneiric dimension.
