Founding member of the RS Produções crew from Rinchoa, Rio de Mouro, Narciso started quite early in this scene of producers and djs that's been injecting life in the outskirts of Lisbon, outside of the post-work routine. A main trait of many Princípe affiliated artists, the celebrated Portuguese label that released the still vital Bagdad Style back in 2018. Produced by Narciso and Nuno Beats, the classic 12” revealed all the urgency of this music: batida veering toward its most propulsive instincts and metallic percussion on tracks like 'Caipirinha' or 'Constipação do Poco'. Since then, he's been quite discreet solo, with 'BOB', included in the Verão Dark Hope compilation being his sole but dignified track coming to life in recent times, but NXE, his collaboration with Endgame on the influential SVBKVLT label showed some new possibilities for his music, careening between darkness and light over textures equally gritty and shiny, in an imaginary bridge between London's concrete and Rinchoa's community. High expectations to witness in loco whatever it is this prodigy has been cooking up in the shadows.
