Beatrice Dillon is a London-based artist and composer whose meticulous, patient craft reveals a singular sensitivity to rhythm, texture, and composition. Her debut solo album 'Workaround' (2020), released on PAN after a series of fascinating introductory EPs built around the foundations of dub, the hardcore continuum, polyrhythms from across the globe, and electroacoustics, stands as one of the defining electronic records of this decade - a fractal soundworld where space, tension, and a sense of perpetual motion unfold in parallel. More recently, she has brought this same approach into the realm of contemporary composition with ‘Seven Reorganizations’ (HI, 2024) written for acoustic instruments, and entered the esteemed canon of GRM Portraits with ‘Basho’ (2025), a long-form rhythmic and melodic excursion untethered to place. A true master at the helm.
