A trio born around the time of the 2014 edition of OUT.FEST, where Rafael Soares (drums; Sunflare) and Bernardo Álvares (double-bass) started to play together after both had participated in the workshop done by Carla Bozulich, having decided shortly thereafter to develop their work in tandem, later moving to a trio formation with the addition of Mestre André (electronics).

Their works with which we’re familiar with present a focus on processual minimalism (hypnosis is the holy way to reach the unheard); a rocker’s propulsion derived mostly from the drums; lots of arpeggio work coming in from the double-bass; and André’s electronics working as much as an extra lawyer on top of the ritualistic rhythm section, but also as a trigger for less linear musical and narrative sequences, of these improvisation of apparently neo-shamanic nature.
