Ondness

The currently best-known project of Lisbon’s Bruno Silva who is increasingly one of the most established, creative and active figures in the city’s independent music scene. As Ondness, Bruno has regularly toured Europe as well as putting out several released with labels throughout the world. His work displays a particular focus in sculpting soundscapes, ecosystems and moods through the sampling and processing of other source material, and was recently revisited and reorganized by the jazz trio of Gabriel Ferrandini, Hernani Faustino and Pedro Sousa at Lisbon’s Galeria Zé dos Bois - a testimony to the compositional and narrative merits of the mysterious pieces he creates.
